I haven't read through this entire thread but after more than 15 pages I am really surprised not to see the K3003 listed at all. Fully burned in they easily best any IEMs I have heard (not that it's been that many) and many of the full size headphones I have heard. Really worth a listen.

Funny. I would read the whole thread before making a statement come off as anything factual and at least search and not depend on a last few pages to make any claims. Lets use the search:

Inear Prophile 8>Earsonics S-EM9>Rhapsodio Solar>Earsonics ES3 = Inear SD4>AK3003>Shure 846>Westone UM Pro 50> Westone W60>Noble X>IE800>IE8i

wow i owned the SD4 for some months but I lost it at the airport. Very underrated imo on head-fi
For me it is a toss up between Se846 and SD4. They represent the creme de la creme of the Quad-BA drivers!

1. AKt8ie MKII
2. SD4 / Shure 846
3. IE800
4. IM03
5. ATH-E70
6. UE900
7. SM3

I was only commenting that I was surprised not to see them mentioned in the first 15 pages, not that they weren't mentioned at all in the thread.

That's fine. I'm only commenting that just because you don't find something in the last 5, 10, 15 or even 30 pages of this or any thread without using search does not mean I can or would want to make a presumption or a statement to come off as a fact or idea without getting the whole picture is all. More research will find that some IEM's are not even mentioned here that are excellent. Does not mean they are not liked or desired.

Wow didn't think I was presuming to make a statement of fact based on a lack of research. Thought I was making an innocent comment and a suggestion to try the K3003 if you hadn't because you might really like them as I do. That is what this thread is about in a way isn't it? I'ii just have to keep my thoughts to myself since you don't seem to think they are fit for a public forum.
