Now, we just need someone to take your plans a cut several of these cups in bulk. I'm not sure how many to get though.  It seems the Grado modification enthusiasts have cut down around here from a few years back.  Might not be nearly as much action.

Agreed...its rather quiet on "the scene".

Has anyone tried or heard of someone using the rudistor headphone cushions on Grados? They look like they'd fit and might be a good alternative.

Also, I think the economy has been a bit rough on some people when it comes to dumping their money into repeated upgrades.  It seems most are actually holding onto their gear longer rather than selling their goods each month and trying other products.  Well, that and it being summer time, too.  I think once people get done with their vacations and fall settles in, we'll see more people come back into the forum here.

Is there any way to plop out the drivers to do a quick re-cable? Thanks.

With your current wooden cups, or with another pair of Grados?  Do you have a picture of what you would like to recable?  Thanks.

Another pair of Grado's, an SR80i to be exact.
