Where can I buy some of that puddy stuff to stick on the back of the drivers? Also, is adding a 75ohm resistor to the signal lines worth it? I just recabled my SR60's and JUST read about this mod. D'oh!
It's pretty lightweight, actually. Though it did annoyingly swing around a bit when I moved my head. So I redid the cable (if it's even long enough to be considered a cable) and made it even shorter, pretty much 2 plugs soldered straight together.

Do you want the Limited Edition Audiophile Dihydrogen Monoxide to go with the Shampoo? I can’t guarantee the results if you don’t use the Dihydrogen Monoxide with the Shampoo.
It’s supposed to make them softer and extend the life of the pads.
I pretty sure someone posted previously that it improves the high end response but can’t find the specific thread now.

Wow!
This is too much for washing a simple 'thing' as a pad.. You can use just ordinary shampoo or a mild detergent, the things you stated are not going to improve any polymer linkages and chains so that they will last longer or give better sound..
This is really an exaggeration.. No offense but, I'm laughing my a** off
I'd quiet like to rewire my SR60 with detachable cables. Is it very difficult to do? I don't have a lot of experience with electronics work, and am very scared of ruining the headphones.
