Well, that's quite different than what I normally think of when I hear "3D printing". Pretty cool though.

I had two customs made by 3D printing, both from big hearing aid companies(Resound, Audiolab systems. They make molds for hearing aids in big run of something like 30, so they just add one pair of custom into mix.
 
They had really good build quality, if youu looked closer, you can see layers of akrylic as it was printed. But overall, Unique Melody I saw looked better. These printed was available just in basic colours, it was almost solid colour.
