Which InEar has the best Bass in the price range 150 Euro?
Depends what type of bass you want. Extended sub bass that's well controlled sounds quite different to a mid bass focus. If you want details go sub bass. If you want a warmer more organic sound and aren't so focused on details, then you want a mid bass focused IEM. Planars and hybrids will handle complex music better. Single Dynamics tend to sound consistent across all frequencies as there aren't different types of drivers handling different frequencies. All balanced armature sets have a very different sounding bass, as it is precise but tends to lack weight and decays faster. Better bass is subjective and doesn't always mean more bass.

A few good ones are...

Tipsy TTROMSO - single dynamic, very warm
TRI Meteor - 1 + 1 hybrid, warm
Audiosense AQ4 - 3 + 1 hybrid, slightly warm and good sub bass

A lot of new planars have come out too and prices have dropped significantly. If you want bass focus then Letshoer S12 or TinHifi P1Max are worth a look. Letshoer Z12 is a bassier version of S12 but it's limited release. CCA PLA13 looks bass focused too, but no feedback as it's only been out for two days. There are a bunch of others pending.

Edit: Duh, Meteor is 1 + 1, Starsea is the 1 + 2, corrected

Hey Carpet

I'm facing a problem, usually bass is not that important for me, except for hip hop. And that makes 50% of my music.

I think I like the subwoofer effect the most, so the bass boom. Should i go on sub-bass or mid-bass?

Is this subwoofer sound sub-bass or mid-bass?

Hmm, i dont like the Ikko Oh10 ... the sound was too analytical for me. I like a warmer more entertaining sound.
Hmm, to my ear the OH10 is very entertaining because of the excellent bass. And I don't think of it as analytical, even though it is very clear sounding. Etymotic is analytical.
But, to each his own.

Subwoofer is sub bass, that sort of visceral slam that you feel as much as hear. Mid bass includes basslines being played on bass guitar, also lends warmth to the tone.

Yanyin Canon is definitely the monitor for you but it's a lot more than your said budget!
Might be worth leaving buying ANYTHING for a couple of months and save up?
Canon has explosive bass but it not bloated and has excellent texture & resolution but, what makes it perfect for you based on what you said are it's "Swith System" Number 1= Controlled Low Frequency Gain 2= Controlled Intermediate Frequency Gain 3=Controlled Ultra High Frequency Gain.
What does all that mean? Well, a monitor that is just at home pounding out bass heavy HIP-HOP & EDM as it is playing Acoustic & Classical all at a VERY high level & most important VERY enjoyable👍
It's a 1DD+4 BA Hybrid which ecxels across the board. Haven't read one negative review! Very entertaining but with excellent technicalities, I'm 99.9% it would be your "end-game"
And no I don't work for Yanyin haha I just give credit where credit is due.
Hope this helps?
P.s best price @Penon roughly £290!

I played with an EQ and look for presets, that I like.

I found the typical Bass Boost very nice in Hip Hop Songs

Is that more mid or sub-bass oriented?
