Not for me.
You can hear a bit more mids and highs (nothing agressive and it also helps with some of the detail retrieval) with stock cable. Once I switched to a Yinnyoo 16 core copper cable, the highs got more tamed and bass became even more punchy and richer.

Any recommendations for basshead IEMs under 400 USD? OH10 is an option, not sure if I will like it's weight for long term use though.

You can now add an IEM plan, the CCA pla13 which has a huge extreme bass. It hits less hard than a dynamic but it goes down lower, it's faster, very pleasant!
And I confirm for the Tri I3 OG it sends a lot of rich bass, and it supports additional equalization.
