Sure, but this will be the true my sound representation only if you have on them ePro ear tips, upocc 2.5 balanced cable on High (2x Voltage) audio output and 0.7071wide EQ control. Congrats on es100 present:ok_hand: I like it more than Qudelix 5k. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year:champagne::champagne_glass:

Found the thread I was looking for! I currently have the Sony IER M9 and while I've gotten the bass slam to come out a bit with foam tips, it still feels like I need to wrestle with it to get that good slammy bass. I absolutely love everything else about the M9 but the bass is the only part that is "meh" to me. What would fellow bassheads recommend that give that extra oomph I'm looking for in a top-end IEM?

Empire Ears Legend X or Empire Ears Nemesis.

Just bought the Nemesis second hand for 600 Euro myself and it sounds amazing! Here is another nice offer:

Or look for a second hand Empire Ears Legend X if your budget allows it

I wanted to drop these two into the thread after looking at numerous reviews.

KZ ZAS
TFZ No.3

Yes, I know …

ChiFi

But, in the sub $100 USD range, the graphs on these look absolutely insane for bass.

My apologies, they certainly have! I just didn’t see a graph or any types of analytics on them! So it was great to see some sort of data… though all subjective.

Are you excited to get yours? I think I may just order them!
No worries. Wasn't trying to put you in your place lol. Was just saying you're probably on to something. I am excited to get mine but with overseas shipping it will probably take a month.

Yes iv been reccomended these along with Audiosense AQ0 and Focus EDM? On the cheaper side the KZ ES4 and RevoNext QT2? The KZ ES4 is in The Pnonograth Top Basshead Chart and with EQ & Amp is meant to have INSANE amounts of punch & depth and is cheaper than £10 on AliExpress! The QT2 is not far off but is a little more expensive at just over £30! Still both are crazy cheap!
I'm getting either the AQ0 or EDM but can't make up my mind? Since i saw the the graph of EDM having a touch more mid-bass and equal sub-bass to Legend-X I'm more inclined to go for the EDM? Obviously the sound & technicalities want be on the level of the Legend-X but, at 1 tenth of the price i wouldn't mind if its half as good?

Did a search, didn't find these mentioned...

Final Audio E3000(C) with foam tips, hooked up to FiiO K3 on high gain with bass boost on..
Holy crap, almost blew my eyeballs out.. tonnes of mid-bass, sub-bass lacking a tiny bit but wow, they can pump..
Much better than FHE's that I'm kinda disappointed with..

Oldie but goodie for sure!

Hi, I would like to share my experience having bought 1W XDUOO XD05 Balanced for Sony EX800ST. Compared to my previous DAC/AMP producing max. 320mW @ 32 ohm, this is surely the best experience I had with the 500mW hungry Sony's.

There are no distortions from being underpowered now, I can listen much longer time without ear fatigue. Bass slam is now multiple layers more deep than with 320mW. I wish there was a 1W portable with THX. Neutron makes tuning sub-bass perfect, and no matter how mad I get with EQ sliders under 50 Hz, XDUOO feeds it to ANY low end.

I 2nd the legend x.
Yep! EE Legend X has punchy slam for sure, feels like sub-woofer in your ears. But mids and treble will be a bit lacking if you do care about it.
