$199 shipped directly from Beat Audio is the lowest you can go for a EX800ST/7550 upgrade cable without going DIY.
If you want to go DIY, just get a cheap set of stock replacements for $40, harvest the connectors. I planned on this but have so many other projects I don't have time for. It was not time to add another project.
I am fully in love with the ASG-B. The bass at every volume is so full and amazing. Maybe it's just because I've played bass for a long time but I truly appreciate these. they also look so good in the frosted white. Honestly happier with these than I was with the 2.5's.
DISCLAIMER: Don't even think about the ASG-B as an option if you value balance or detail even remotely.

Translucent black (smoke) body with translucent red faceplates, and yes I got the ambient port, which is a second adjustable dial like the bass port.
