You’re asking someone who appears to be from the US - his will look like the standard IEC plug for 110/120v power we use in the states. You need to find someone with the 230v version for this information.

Quintet sounds nothing like Hexa to me. Maybe I just don't have golden ears. Taking one person's opinion as proof that something is a "hype train" is disingenuous at best. No product will ever have 100% approval which is normal.
