I recently got my AD2000's and they became my main headphones, since then i put my D5000's in my closet, they where in there for about 2-3 month's, and now some odd fuzz has sprouted from the leather earpads, how did this happen and how do i go around getting new stock ear pads (a new headband...

First the thin earpads which i had to stuff with a breathing tube for fish, now the cables feel like one tug and thats it, kapoot, how the hell did this kind of QC get past Audio Technica?   By the far the weakest headphone ive purchased.   Anyone else with the same problems?

Whenever i play music on itunes with its highest level of volume, i begin to hear cracks and pops in nearly all my music (280kbs/1200kbs), But when i turn it down by like, 15% it completely disappears...what the heck?! my speaker/headphone volume doesn't affect it.
