Broke BUT I got a gift card!
Agreed. Sell the gift card for around $140 to $145 after fees on eBay. Even after paying for fees, you would still be better off than buying from the Apple Store.- sparker

HE-90 just sold for $11,300 on Ebay
It would take so much money to buy the machinery and the tools to produce them again that Sennheiser would definitely take a loss on them. There just isn't enough demand for niché audiophile headphones. Quote:- sparker

Please don't quote multiple posts. It makes everything really hard to read. I think everyone needs to calm down. Just because someone is named Justin doesn't mean that it's your Justin. There are thousands of people named Justin in Singapore. From what I know about Singaporean...- sparker

It seems like there's quite a bit of vitriol directed towards newer sellers and traders on this thread. I have been a long-time "lurker" on Head-Fi, and have acquired many, many pairs of headphones before recently making an account. As you might have noticed, my "posts to feedback" ratio isn't...- sparker

Interesting Sennheiser HD 800 Review by Ken Rockwell
I don't think that's Ken Rockwell. Sounds more like a poorly implemented troll to me. The spelling and the grammar are both distinctly different from his website's spelling and grammar.- sparker

HiFiMAN RE0/RE-ZERO question
Agreed! I'd definitely go for the RE-ZERO if I were you. Although the RE-0 is quite good too, the mids of the RE-ZERO are unparalleled at that price point.- sparker

Musician's Friend backorder - Does anyone have any experience with them?
Yup. I ordered three pairs of AT AD2000 headphones a while back for $200 each. All three pairs were backordered. And my order was eventually cancelled by the system after a week of waiting.- sparker

AKG K240 Sextett - $135 Is this worth it?
I have had two pairs of AKG K240 Sextett headphones. Although I preferred the EP/MP version over the LP version, I liked my Grado SR125 (with pink drivers) significantly more.- sparker

Where to buy ATH ES7
I'm not sure if the Audio-Technica ES7 has been discontinued, but they seem to be disappearing. Quite a shame, especially for such an iconic headphone. You used to be able to snag them for around $49 shipped if you were lucky.- sparker

*Narrowed Down to Dt 880 pro or pro 2500* Looking for headphones
Meh. The Audio-Technica M50 is definitely a FOTM headphone, in my opinion. For $150, look at the Creative Aurvana Live (OEM version of the Denon AH-D1000) or perhaps some cheaper Grado headphones.- sparker
