Has anyone compared the M570 to the M1060c w/ the open back mod?

It's not that I don't like them. I have too many headphones, so I ended up passing them on to someone who could utilize them better than I. They were a gift from work. Pretty sweet deal for the fella who snagged them

So I made these about a month ago but I forgot to show them to you guys. I took a 225i and put Jarrah Burl THM cups on them and used figured Maple for the cup holders.    I've decided that I'll be selling them for only $200 (which is the cost of a stock 225i's). I'm letting them go cheap...

I agree, I don't think the grado's are heavy enough to need a padded headband. Adding more bulk to that area actually puts more pressure on the head than if you just left the original headband.    It does however make them LOOK better, more official and less cheap looking.

They should be 4 inches or about 10cm. I don't own them but every other full sized AT has 4 inch pads. Audicubes2.com is based out of Japan I believe, but if you don't get the pads directly from AT it's either ebay or audiocubes2.com.

Interesting, it looks like he angled the drivers as well. 

It experiences some pretty substantial differences when woodied. However I'd rather not break the rules so please shoot me a PM and I'd be happy to give you my email address.
