The JVC FX850..Woodie perfection?. (A review)
I like the spiral dot tips but are they designed to not seal like other silicon tips? I don't get that suction feeling when I insert them and yet they still manage to create that occlusion effect when using fx850. I find that they basically don't seal at all when using other in ears however.- cydonia

The JVC FX850..Woodie perfection?. (A review)
I paid 420 on amazon.com. I was irked at first knowing that I could have saved around 80 dollars importing them but all of that melted away when I started listening to them today. This is really the first time I feel that an iem might be better than a full sized headphone. I also think these are...- cydonia

FitEar F111 — Impressions, Reviews & Discussion (previously TO GO! 111)
Do you prefer 111 only for the fit? I am considering selling my 334 because of fit issues and considering 111.- cydonia

FitEar TO GO! & Universal Series --- Suyama's custom IEM, made universal!
I had the exact same issue as you. The L size ortofon barely fit into my left ear but consistent use seems to have softened them up somewhat and they are giving me a great seal. It's really ridiculous how fit dependent this iem is, it sounds so muddy and harsh with a bad fit.- cydonia

eartip seal problem.
yeah I guess I'll get some foam tips. I've always been sort of wary of them because people always complain that they can muffle the sound of the earphone. But I'll gladly take that over this.- cydonia

eartip seal problem.
I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I've been having issues lately with ear tips. When I put my iems on initially, I have no trouble getting a good fit but after an hour or so of listening, the silicone tips literally slip out of my ear which results in a very poor seal. It feels as...- cydonia

The Astell & Kern AK120
granted, I do find my rmbp to sound pretty damn good but I expected a sizable leap in quality considering all the feedback that I've read here. And yes I did playback the 24bit files on both the rmbp and ak120.- cydonia

The Astell & Kern AK120
Unfortunately, no. I am using fit ear togo 334 and listening to https://www.hdtracks.com/index.php?file=catalogdetail&valbum_code=HD666666666666 going back and forth between my rmbp and a k120 again, I am finding the a k120 to be a tad warmer no discernible change other than that. FitEar TO GO! & Universal Series --- Suyama's custom IEM, made universal!
Thanks for the tips. All of a sudden I am finding that I can't even insert the smallest tip size into my ear canal. Something about these ortofon tips made the walls of my ear canal extremely dry that it feels as though they are shrunken. Hoping that tip rolling will help with this.- cydonia

The Astell & Kern AK120
My ak120 will be delivered in 2 days. Can't wait. Anyone know how this pairs with fitear togo 334? I read that a k120 is 3ohms and I am not sure if the impedance for 334 has ever been listed online.- cydonia

FitEar Parterre (パルテール) Thread
I really liked 334 when i tried it out and parterre is a sort of a gamble despite people reporting it has similar sound sig to 334 plus I was fine with its bass. ALO had it in stock earlier today so I just bought it lol. I think they had exactly 4 in stock.- cydonia
