Gotta say I'm with Rudi on this. On my MS-AK100/TWAG Gold 8/TG!334 setup there is no lack of juicy mids nor treble problems, and the bass hits home running Listrid 2.0. It is portable endgame for me for quite a while, both my ears, wallet and wife tells me so....

The Intruder benefits well from se in to balanced out. This according to Ray himself and my ears, hence the question.

I have been using the russian FW for some time now, and when I connect the ak to my mac there are some instability issues when holding my two 64gb cards. However if I fill the internal while not having the sd cards in the unit there are no problems at all. I then use my card reader to fill up...

Why would you use that balanced se adapter? Do you like the sq better single ended on this setup?

The 8 conductor twag gold is in the 650 $ range. It has a full warm sound like the 000 but with more control/less bloat to the low bass while also bringing some more treble and air to the 334s. A very good synergy to my ears.

I think the unresponsive screen is much due to the FW. I think running the russian FW pretty much solves this. Good enough for me anyway and I was horrified by the 1.33 FW coming from a world of apples.
