Hey guys, anyone found a solution for artists name "The [blank]" appearing under T section?

I thought setting sorting info on iTunes to be "Beatles" but actual artist name to "The Beatles" would fix that but I'm pretty positive all my artists are set like this and my Fiio still sorts all of them under T.

iTunes has more sophisticated sorting. For the FiiO, you'd have to change the Artist Tag from "The Beatles" to "Beatles" to get what you want.

Tagging my music is something I don't have time for. Most of the time, I just browse the sd card directly. At least my directories and files are named properly, so everything is where I expect it to be.

tagging will save you a lot of time once done. you can switch to any player (both software or hardware) and still have everything nicely sorted.
 
try it with puddletag on GNU/Linux, mp3tag on windows.

for mac you'll have to use google/yahoo/duckduckgo/bing as i don't use OS X and thus haven't a clue.

shouldn't it be possible to compile puddletag from source? it's released under GPL v2/v3

I agree. X5 + Mojo is a good combo. x RELIC x also tried and reported it was good. Honestly, X5 is simply a transport for Mojo, so what you get from X5 is GUI + 2 X mSD slots.

Yup, X5 to Mojo sounds like the Mojo..... Good pairing if you are comfortable with the X5 UI, and the bonus of the dual slots is very nice.
