MAIL CALL!!!

This has got to be my smallest mail call in ages! LOL But it's an awesome call, because these Divinus Prism wild boars are the real deal! Large are large, which is a rarity, and the material is tacky, and they seal without breakage. I initially tried them out on my Juzear 81T, and it improved the bass response, while not blunting or disrupting the other frequencies. I'll be picking up a few more of these as time goes by. These are as good as the Divinus Velvet wild boars, just different in their execution.

How do they compare with the Tangzu Tang Sancai Matte tips in regards to helping with problems like ear pressure build up or 'popping' from movement

I have them, these are nice but I didn't like that some dust got stuck on them and I am too lazy to clean it also sort of pricey...

Not sorta. They are pricey LOL Which is why I said eventually I'll buy more. Not going to spend $25.00 for 2 pairs.

Sorry, couldn't tell you. I run everything off a JDS Labs Atom+ desktop amp at 1 watt per channel at 32 ohms. I also have an Apple dongle. The difference in sonic quality is astonishing running my Aether between the two.

Planars need juice. Big planars beg for juice.

Good question! Let me try this with the Decet, which is an IEM that does have pressure issues.

EDIT : These work great for ear pressure issues. Now, it's just a touch too much bass for an already bassy IEM like the Decet, so it's not going to stay on them, but I felt no discomfort using these on the Decet. Very good results. Might be the wide bores on these?

Edit 2 : No popping. The tack seals and seals in place once they pop n seal. These are maybe a slight improvement on Softears UC, with more tack, but as @avishifi mentioned, they do collect dust, like the AZLA Xelastecs.

I had an even smaller mail call today : one set of Spinfit Neo tips. Seem good... not sure I'll quickly buy more since I have so many tips, but I wanted to try them out

I got a couple sets of Spinfit NEO. One is on a Fengru, and the other is in the tip box. They are good tips, though I find most Spinfit to be excellent choices for tips. Especially CP100+.

Listening to “Quantum Qhost” by Cornelius on the Vzonis VP-07 is a wonderful experience. Perfectly crispy treble blends well with the rest of the FR, and it’s just what I was looking for.

Thanks! I wish more IEMs had this clear resin build. I like seeing the inner structures. I noticed the DD’s sound tube branches off to go to a vent or resonance chamber I guess…
And yes, I find those Fiio tips ideal for the VP-07.

You guys think the original R3 Pro is worth a look around $100? I mean it’s an ultra portable dual CS14131, if anything it’ll be my transport since I’ve sold my other HiBys lol.

If the battery is in good condition, I'd say yes, absolutely. My unit is almost 5 years old, and still doing well. I'm also a fan of this dual Cirrus setup, and R3 has the perfect size for my needs, and great battery life.

For some reason I really like the sound of the R4. I’m new to Hiby. Is it a Hiby sound? If it is can I get more and better of the same with the R Pro 2 or the Pro Max?

I also use mine with these tips (Fiio HS18). I noticed that they fit the resin IEMs well.

ZS10 Pro 2 would have been great if it wasn't so sibilant. ZS12 Pro X is better, but slowly fading for me as I'm getting better mid-fi hybrid sets. Still a bargain for the price though, and among the best KZ has ever made. [I THINK I'd go Trio, ZVX Pro, then ZS12 Pro X.]

oooooh! Eyecandy for sure. I love the teal/purple look. Seeing that Tangzu was able to elevate their massive budget success, [Wan'er,] with the 2, I'm hoping Kinera is following suit!

aaaaand more eye candy! Although I hope they don't come with those two oddly-matched colors. Very flat FR maybe?

For me Zs10 pro 2 isn't sibilant at all.

I was actually gonna use it as a dap, from the info I’ve taken in the sound from the balanced out is quite proficient in all aspects with no standout weakness, the line out sounds interesting to toy with as well. If it doesn’t work out then I’ll just pickup one of those small HiBys.
