You need the KZ-QDC. KZ have normal polarity on the pins, while QDC IEM’s have reversed. You can use normal 2-pins also, KZ/CCA IEM’s take them no problem. Can someone tell me which cable pins I need for the CCA Trio?
I read something about inverted polarity of the pins for KZ/CCA.
For XINHS cables: Do I need QDC or KZ-QDC pins?
For NiceHCK: Will their QDC work for the Trio?
I guess normal 0.78 pins will not work for the Trio (they wrote they use 0.75 mm).
Feel free to drop some recommendations which cable you prefer with the Trio.

Oh. And I guess NiceHCK use the normal pinout in their QDC connectors.
The 7Hz Aurora is a 12 mm DD + 1 x 6 mm microplanar + 2 BA tribrid.
It has a very clean and transparent U-shaped signature, extremely balanced and all-rounded for most music genres.
A highlight is the tight, textured and fast bass. Sub-bass extends well. For Sting's Englishman In New York, the Aurora aces the fast double bass solo in the middle of the track. Usually this kind of bass quality is seen (or rather heard) in pricier models, so this is very appreciated.
Upper mids are forwards without being shouty. There's a 6/7 kHz dip in the treble which is something of a trade-secret used in TOTL tuning to decrease sibilance without overly damping resolution.
Technicalities are also very well-done, with an expansive stage and solid imaging and micro-detailing.
Unlike other very technical sets, the Aurora doesn't sound sterile and maintains a decent note weight. Good mix of technicalities and musicality, so it isn't a one trick pony per se. The keyword to describe the Aurora's signature would be "Grand".
A nitpick from brief OOTB testing would be planar/BA timbre, but this can perhaps be mitigated with eartip-rolling or source pairing.
Quite a promising IEM, will do some burn-in and comparisons against other tribrids and report back.
The Tin HIFI P1 Max II is a V-shaped planar.
This set is quite hard to drive, with 98 dB/mW sensitivity at 16 ohm. Sonics will scale with amplification as such.
From brief listening, it sports a lean V-shaped profile. Very technical sounding with an expansive soundstage when amped.
Treble-heads and technical junkies will love it, with good capturing of micro-details with accurate imaging. Without burn-in (OOTB), it is a wee bit sibilant, but I'll see if tip-rolling or burn-in may mitigate this.

Looks to be really good value for money!New brand launching today, I was asked to hold off on sharing anything until today too although I still haven't seen the product page go live yet lol. My review is here for those interested: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/i-oaudio-volare-in-ear-monitors/
Some photos and measurements as well:
The unboxing experience and accessories are incredible for the asking price.

These companies have set such low expectations for customers about packaging that even slightly better/nicer looks expensive, while it's not.
Sorry.
What an incredible unboxing experience...for $15
Cheers!

I'd be interested to try it. I liked the 500LM but I found it to be a bit brighter and more technical than the EW200 which is why I kept the latter over the more expensive 500.I wonder what you will think of the EA1000 if you feel the EW200 to be bright.
Here's how I carry most of my gear. I got this from AliEx for like $15. It works great for me.What is your current EDC (every day carry)?
Currently using:
DAP: Sony WM1A DAP (Mr Walkman One WM1Z Plus v2 Mod)
IEMs: EPZ 530 and JVC HA-FW1800
Storage: ALT-R leather case
those are like my 2 no-no wordsTreble-heads and technical junkies will love it
I feel like snagging a set of Xuan NVs, primarily because I think they look really cool and different, but secondarily because my Truthear Zeros (originals) are broken and I really want a dual-DD set with that vibe available in my collection.

Currently - MP145 with modular ivipQ cable, Q5K, RU7, FiiO data cable and cleaning wipes.
Using one of the pack in cable cases at the moment, simply because I’m trying to keep the weight down on my backpack (physical therapy) but usually is a hard shell case.

Woohoo I use exactly that blue thing for EDC stuff (not audio related, but anyhow). Here's how I carry most of my gear. I got this from AliEx for like $15. It works great for me.
My carry-on audio is just a Whooshie and my 3rd best IEM ( currently the NiceHCK F1 Pro ) .
Awesome setup. And this case looks so high quality and delicious. What is your current EDC (every day carry)?

Can we have some pointer for that case ? Name or link, I mean. Thx in advance !

Hi the measurement guys. Can someone tell me why am I encountering this issue? I am doing what it is telling me to do, but still it is not going away:
I am on WIndows 11
I am on WIndows 11
At the same time that I started using the Hades at my desk I swapped the ARRTI R1 into my work bag, I'm at the office again today and giving it some more ear time. And man, I am reminded how much I wish I liked the timbre of the high end. There's a really satisfying feeling to the bass and mids, I just wish the treble didn't sound so weird to my ears. This would be a baller set, I've never done and modding, is there a chance there's a filter or mod that could improve the treble?
So switching back and forth between the Simgot EW200 and the CCA Trio. I scratch my chin, wondering what a silly game changing and market disrupting IEM we'd have if we could harness the resolution and timbre of the EW200 and throw it on the Trio. It would instantly be the BOSS. I wonder if something similar to very close exists already? The EW200 lacks the bass punch, imaging, spacing and soundstage of the Trio, but matches it in transparency, bests it in bass nimbleness and resolution top to bottom. If only...
My answer to fixing the Simgot EW200 is my Schiit Asgard 3 or Mono Liquid Platinum w/ Reflektor 1975 Holy Grail tubes paired with a Schiit Modi Multibit 2. Am I listening to the same IEM anymore?
An awful lot of hardware being thrown at a $40 IEM but the results are delicious. For the bass, I suppose you could swap out the Modi Multibit 2 for a iFi DAC that has Xbass (make sure to turn off Power Match), the bass has ample rumble and improved punch.
