I had done well with my purchasing until recently. Need to go on another stretch of not buying now. Purchased the Woo Mini for 400, the Cayin ru7 for 188, and the Top for 450. The Woo brings a different flavor to my music and is one of the best investments I have made in a long time. I could have taken all of that money and purchased the Twilight or the Monarch.

On single DD setups, that could benefit from a good workout, the symptom that I find most common, are pinched or shallow vocals, out of the box. Not saying every DD will come out of the process for the better, but there’s always hope.

Can be, since actually Verdandi are tuned after EE Odin.
And comparing Odin with Mest, they both have wide soundstage and sharp imaging with Odin are more refine and balance, not as crispy as Mest
