Driver quality + great tuning (especially on 8khz - around 12/13khz), resonance of the cavity.
Special sauce is additional wow factor like bone conductor in Mests series
*edit : oh v or u shaped tuning also helps to perceive wider soundstage than forwarded vocal tuning.

I ordered the Geek Wold GK20 and a Tiandirenhe TD18 cable (0.78 pin, 8N 100% "high purity monocrystalline copper", 2.5mm/3.5mm/4.4mm modular plugs).
I spend some time trying to decide between the Geek Wold GK20 and the Kinera Celest Plutus Beast, which has a somewhat similar graph, but very different driver tech (the Plutus Beast uses bone conduction to augment the low frequencies). I ended up going with the GK20 because I felt like the Plutus Beast would end up being a bit more niche/specialized than what I was looking for, since I listen to a very diverse range of genres... though I think a side-by-side comparison of the two would be interesting!
The budget DD market is crazy at the moment after spending 6 hours continuously listening to the Kefine Delci a £50 DD built like a £200 iem that's just amazingly musical BASS elevated natural sounding signature that just presents music in a lush detailed way with fantastic soundstage like a refined 500 series Simgot with smoother upper mids/lower treble.

I haven't done a side by side comparison but similar organic/analogue signature I'd say the Oriveti has more depth. But at a quarter of the cost makes the Delci very attractive

@baskingshark also had a very v positive review on it ... https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/authors/baskingshark.516219/reviews. Looks a winner! Budget kings all around by the look of it: CCA Trio, Kefine Delci ... ( i like my Castor Bass too (15$) ). It would be interesting to see how Dunu Titan S2 sounds and how it's priced.

That's a matter of taste. I'm a fan of subtle, minimalistic design. Plus it simply dissappears in your ears you can even lay your head on a pillow while wearing it comfortably

Oh definitely agree there, I'd be the first to reach for an elegant looking set over a hey-look-at-me one. But this one looks to me like a sum total of 0 effort was put into its design.
