The cables transmit electrical signals. This propagation can be precisely measured directly or with ADC. Any influence of cables on signal propagation can be precisely documented. The influence of cable resistance is, and nothing else for low currents and voltages of IEM cables. I will be happy to be wrong. Bring in the facts!

Wow! What "scientists" are not "adherent to scientific materialism" - please name their names and field of studies. Bring them in for the arguments! Facts, please! It would be great and revelational to really know! Scientists are not hobbies, right? No BS there?
I sometimes wonder what a world where everything can be explained by science would be like - then I go back to living in this one.

World withiut science? Caves, survival of the fittest, naturally no BS there. Pure and simple.
Mental gluttony may cause one to forget underlying roots of prosperity. Buried by their heads with BS, civilizations come and go...

I'm not sure if this has been shared already.

I see TRN official store sent me a graph. No explanation but I suspect it's for their tunable single DD iem Mt1 Max.

Shady manufacturers must be having nightmares. First, a bunch of amateurs with 711 coupler, measuring, learning, analysing everything. Now, a maniac tearing everything open :dt880smile:

I remember watching a guy tearing down a U12T. I wonder whether they are the same person.

A very good point.

No any judgement for the people, who are enjoying their hobbies.

The problem is with trying to do the comparisons, recommendations under this subjective (false, BS) pretense that is not only not based on any facts but trying to vehemently deny facts under the false pretence of subjective personal experience being fully sufficient for their recommendations to others and then also imposing the judgement on credibility of others.

It is hard to learn to ignore it.
Many seem not to be able to.
The sacrificial lambs of this hobby?
Not in a bad way but I'll have to call you out. Many of the derails and dust ups involve you so that learn to ignore it may be good advice for yourself. Just a quick comment to someone maybe to not bring something science up here or ignore certain things since there is no point. Been here since the early 2000's and things, for example burn-in, just keep going over and over, cables, etc. etc. The same stuff will be happening when we are old and drooling not knowing where the hell we even are there will be people derailing audio threads arguing about these things. It is up to each individual to have their experiences and sort through the BS. There will be no champions that will fix things or end the cycle.
