New Moondrop IEM might be a chu replacement with detachable cables, someone in the R&D department messed up by not putting 2-pin connectors on the Chu, super cheap price be damned.

That logo looks like a fairytale sparkly thing or maybe it's a flower of some sort.

I'm guessing the new Moondrop IEM will be called Sakura or Blossom, sparkle doesn't really go in line with Moondrop's naming scheme.

It seems the CHIFI dragons have woken up from their Chinese New Year slumber.

Lots of new CHIFI hitting our shores soon:

Could this be the new Moondrop Jiu?
At least it seems to be detachable, unlike the Droplet and CHU.

I had the EDX Ultra and was really impressed with it given the price. Amazed actually as i hadn't bought a budget set since the BL-03 and the Ultra was half the price and better technically. Only thing i didn't like was that it has a really cold tone, i like warm or warmish sets. That and the shells, if only they were bullets.
I agree, it is a cold set out of the box and the treble doesn’t do it favours (I’m reminded of the gritty treble on a stock Hifiman HE-400SE). For me, shallow wide bore ear tips (tips included in the CCA CSN or KZ ZEX) solved the tonality issues I had with it, and rolled off the upper treble tastefully, less linger in cymbals and hi-hats for example. My measurements between stock tips and shallow tips don’t corroborate with what I hear.

Does Sony still try to enforce the use wacky, proprietary DRM with their devices? I had a micro hdd based sony mp3 player many years ago that i think required you to use their software to load music on it and you could only install that software on three computers. It was a nice device but painful to work with.
Nothing like that bro. SImple MicroSD card works perfectly fine.

Silently???
When he heard the Tipsy TTROMSO, he was initially silent as his face screwed up. After that there were a few words spoken, that were far from complimentary!:flushed:
(granted, it's the exact opposite of his preference)

He disliked the Hook-X too. Said it was “low resolution.” What??

So i having some problem with sunyou logistic.
IMG_20230202_192721.jpg

Ordered Kbear Neon since 21st december, haven't received even 1 call from them, somehow it "failed" with the reason being "customer rejection" and "information error"
Please be cautious of what you ordering through, choose aliexpress standard shipping instead of cainiao global
IMG_20230202_193211.jpg

If you see it being sent by cainiao you should reject them immediately
I tried to contact them but no respond, wrong phone number and the parcel is pretty much untrackable
