7Hz Sonus coming soon.

1BA + 1DD hybrid

the main question in my mind is, what happens when we put items out of use for a few weeks, do we have to do 1000 hours again? xD

A higher likelihood is that a new hypetrain would have come in that matter of a few weeks, and the first IEM would have been forgotten and consigned to a footnote on forums haha. Sorry for being cynical haha, but the industry has goldfish-in-a-bowl memory haha!

Nah, both units worked fine. It was just their way of designing switches that is L/R inconsistent. The only mistake KZ made is that they shipped with right unit’s switches turned on, and as you see the switches are not like the ones we deal everyday, the symmetrical ones. KZ’s switches are asymmetric, more like quantum bounding, one with up spin another one with down spin. L unit’s down equals right unit’s up.

KZ was pretty generous when I replied the automated order confirmation email with “the unit I ordered has L/R inconsistency” then they sent the second pair right away without asking details. I didn’t tell I‘m a reviewer or anything, it was ordered with my private email account so that’s pretty nice end-user customer service.

Nice that they took care of you. Who's going to tell them about the flipped switches, though?

Hi guys, may I ask if any of you could suggest me some good budget friendly wireless in-ears to buy? I have been out of the loop for 3 years or so :frowning2:
I use this one myself: https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/fiio-fw5.26235/review/30184/

I like the sound more than my AirPod Pro 1, but feature set and build quality are noticeably worse.

I’m also thinking about getting a utws5 from FiiO and turn an easy to drive IEM like AFUL P8 or FiiO Jd7 into TWS.

the Ear tips that comes with Tanchjim Kara, T-APB ( 2 pairs of each size costs $15, pretty pricey set) just arrived. I didn’t know Kara comes with it and ordered from Shenzhenaudio.

This ear tips does pretty good job, I‘m using it as my second best partner besides H570 thesedays.

The discovery part is, this Ear tip
has pressure release function it seems😳

Those T-APB tips are fantastic. The treble version is probably one of the best ear tips I have. The only problem is, they run extremely small. The medium size fits like a ss/s

Anyone tried BA only Flo audio - blue lover? nobody has reviewed it here nor on yt. Would love to hear from somebody who has tried them.
Ian Fann picked up a pair and graphed em up. Check out his vid;

His impressions aren't my usual go-to in order to assess whether or not a set is worthy or not, and that's putting it nicely because Ian seems like a nice guy, but he does usually get things very quickly.

I wasn't aware of this, can anyone comment as to the effectiveness of the pressure release channels?
When my wife comes back home, I'll try for you. She has my pair of LinLongs atm and that's the only pair of IEMs I experience pressure build-up on, besides the Maestro mini but that's out with one of my buddies.
