HeadRoom B-Stock has them at $339 in "like-new/open box" condition.
I haven't seen the retail price of these moving much, if at all, but the used market on the HE-400 seems to be a bit more active (at a slightly lower price point).

FYI for those that remember last week we had a quick chat about the new JVC S500 b. Well mine came in today and I have to say that right out of the box I was impressed. Rumors are true, they can turn water into wine and cure the sick... Ok maybe not that far but they do sound better than cans that cost 3-4 times as much. Great bass extension that doesn't pop like the COP's and sounds significantly better top to bottom IMHO and all of this for a little over $50. They aren't knocking my D5000's off its mighty perch (obviously), but they've become a pair I don't see myself getting ride of for a long long time. Definitely worth the wait.

Looks like HD600s are dipping just below $300, free shipping. Seems like a solid price, can't check because camel is down. 

 
That's a great price for the HD600 but how do they compete with the likes of Beyer and Hifiman at that price point?? Heard mixed reviews saying they are either warmer or brighter than the HD650's. Not that they are bright cans by no means but brighter than the hd650's. Are they more reputation than standout can at this point in their life span or a steal at around $300??

Some good questions in here. These are definitely a step closer to neutral than the HD650, and less warm. They are still on the darker side of neutral, in my experiences. 
 
Even at the $300 price point, it's hard to call them a "steal". With Sennheiser's price locking, they don't get much cheaper than this, but at the same time, it's hard to say these are 50% better than the Q701 which can be found for $200 on a good day.

Hey Guys I'm new here, Been reading over alot of your reviews and impressions of various products. I looking for some killer headphones for gaming and The DT 990s come up in alot of reviews.
 
 
Before I buy though I just wanted to run this past you guys to see if you think its a legit deal or if its fakes

Don't know anything about that seller, but the DT 990 pro 250 ohms have been cheaper than that before (even accounting for the itunes card):

So I wouldn't specifically worry that the headphones are fakes based on the price.
