I'd probably jump on one of these if I knew the background of them.  I wonder if the are refurb's or maybe returned items?

I think almost all of the Amazon warehouse deals are returns, especially on electronics. I've yet to get a bad amazon wearhouse electronic item yet. Buy it, slap a squaretrade on that puppy and you are saving hundreds of bucks w/ a warranty!

I'm so tempted to sell off my 2 DT770 Pros and get the T70, wonder if the T70 is worth it?

^ Good catch, that's the lowest I've seen them. A very unique sounding headphone.

Not sure why the T70 defaulted back to it's $570 MSRP on Amazon. They were selling them new for around $350 not too long ago.

Yea, I would really like to get a pair but if I don't like them, they don't seem to sell too well on the for sale forums and the return policy is 20% restocking fee.  Maybe I could do better on ebay or another forum.

I've never experienced a restocking fee from Amazon if returned with the first 30 days. Maybe Amazon Warehouse is different. In fact, I've never been charged shipping; they only deduct shipping for the return label. Very gracious return policy...as long as purchased from Amazon itself!

Yup, no restocking fee if it's within the 30 days. Same applies to Amazon Warehouse, or any Amazon-fulfilled seller.
