The T70 really didn't get much attention. The few people I read about getting it from amazon returned it for a generally unbalanced headphone.

As for the T70's, do you mean $300 new, or used!? As much as I want to support Val, I dont think I could resist the T70's at that price, new.

It's legit. I got mine for $564 a month ago and they were flawless.

Good deal! of the 3 like new deals i got from amazon, two were in poor shape... one was poor, other was good... But still far from excellent or like new. Oh well. I consider that bad luck.

You can send back any Amazon Warehouse deal if you have a problem with it, If it is from a 3rd party seller it gets more complicated. I.ve persaonally never has a problem with the condition of anything I've gotten from Amazon Warehouse.
