Just received my Denon 2000 'Used open box - like new'.   They were literally brand new with the plastic wrapping still on them.  Pretty much set with these cans + my hd 598s for all genres.

I don't wont to pee in anyones pepsi, but...I bought open box from EE. Got the d5k. Had a weird sound to them. Muddy bass, recessed mids and couldn't figure out what was going on. They did not sound as good as my d2k did. Spoke with MalV to get his opinion. We decided either a bad cable or faulty driver. Not to turn anyone off to EE but mine are going back.
