Also picked up the TF10 for $95. ($102 after tax)  It says "sold out" when you go to the gold box, but if you click through the links to the product page it's available.
 
As an aside, I haven't traditionally been an IEM fan but it's been a while so I'll give them a go.  If they're not to my liking, I'll be reselling them here at the cost I paid for them to someone who may have missed out on this deal.
