Spectrum Audio has the Ultrasone PRO 2900s at $386 when added to cart.
Many of the better known stores( stores that actually let you return headphones if you don't like them) will price match. I got Moon Audio to do $415, well worth the extra $30 because I know I'll get good service.

A few Beyer deals that look good to me from my incessant browsing of Amazon's Warehouse Deals, if only the 990s were 600ohm I'd probably have snatched one:
T1: Used Good - $931.99 (x2), Used Like New - $983.99 [Not sure what street price on these actually is, may not actually be a deal]
DT 880 250: Used Very Good - $193.99, Used Like New $197.99
DT 990 32 : Used Very Good - $186.99, Used Like New $190.99 (x2)
DT 770 250: Used Like New - $164.99
DT 770 32 : Used Very Good - $160.99 (x2), Used Like New - $164.99

See my previous post for my experience with buying Beyers from Warehouse Deals.

Thanks for the tip on the "warehouse deals" at Amazon. Seems like a good way to catch some deals.

Another deal for those who like collect cans.

The ATH W 5000 at ZZSounds  for $ 747.00 and I paid in 4 installments without any interest.

That's not a very good deal. Like I said, if you're patient you can find them for 630 or so at Beach Camera or one of their sites.

I forget where I read that Beach Camera or Adorama ( ?) is not an authorizes dealer. I want my 5 yrs warranty.

W5k?
It only gets 2 years warranty: ATUS warranties

Beach Camera and Adorama are licensed distributors:

I've bought (and returned in one case) from both before, excellent customer service.

If they have the best price on x headphones, go right ahead with all confidence.  Others have chimed in in this thread before correcting people who say they are illegit.
