The first link you posted is the deal. 
 
The cheaper ones listed on the second link seem to be much smaller cases (that fit earbuds/IEMs), and not full-size headphones like Grados.

Those earbud cases are real nice.  I bought some for my Hifimans and MTPC.  Very sturdy, they've protected my earphones well for a year or more each and still going strong.  They do look somewhat cheap in the way the inner net pocket is somewhat inconsistent from case to case, lol.
