It was really frustrating when they did it to me. Took 5 days to get it resolved.

I got it to function when I hit the edit button for shipping on the above part of the check out, rather than the lower part of the check out. It took me a while to figure out why it wasn't changing my shipping address, though. 
 
Edit: Although, I just received a lovely email this morning telling me that I needed to add my shipping address to my account before they could ship my order. Looks like I'll be jumping through some hoops.

for electonics-expo, i found that paying via paypal remedied the problem where your credit card billing address is not your shipping address.

Nope, but they're on sale at Amazon for $359 too. That's nearly as cheap as the HD-600! I bet JR.com will price match Electronics Expo by phone too. I'd rather buy through JR
 
Too bad it doesn't work for the Q701. I got mine for $224 and felt it was worth it. I've gotten lucky with Amazon Warehouse Deals lately on like new items.
DT-770 600 for $117 and then the Q701 for $224.
