I'm thinking if it can go down to $600 I'll pounce on it.  Not necessarily the most popular headphone so I can wait until X-mas and beyond.  Lets see what Amazon does Cyber Monday.

Anytime the notion of picking these up crosses my mind I remember that they were at $540 new in early September through amazon.

Sorry! I should of known. I Found a semi-answer... I'll keep my ath-m50's right now. And ill wait for the Denon 2k to come up. Apparently my current cans are good all around and better balanced than the one's im looking at for my tastes in music.

Not a bad deal, probably wouldn't pay full price for these, very V shaped sound, mids way too recessed for my liking, bass and treble exellent, when amped so quick and punchy. GR02 is much better at this price point though.

Well worth it--at least for most. It's not a basshead can of any stripe.

The TB is essentially a ProDJ100 dressed up and with better kit. There is a long thread in this section of the forum dedicated to the the DJ100 and its siblings.
