I just got mine earlier today, it is definitely a rebranded Fiio E7 by Pyle, and has all the same bundled accessories. I posted an unboxing video if anybody's interested in one of these, ...only $59.99

Anyone at Macworld: Dealnews said that Sennheiser is having some deals. Don't know the extent but I remember a couple years back people were getting IE8's for half price. Looks like less discounts now but probably worth a gander. (booth 502)

Sennheiser OCX880 for $34.99 USD. With promo code EMCYTZT1110 at Newegg

Ends 1/29

Not sure how good these are, but they retail for around $200

Really? They're the equivalent of 55 USD around here, and we Danes are known to have crazy high prices on everything.

anyone spot any good deals for d2000's?

This thread has been nothing but talk of the openbox offers on D2000/5000/7000s from Electronics Expo for the last few pages.

According to Newegg, they are normally $200. I don't think they would be fantastic but probably decent for someone looking for a pair to wear at the gym.

About the OCX880: No, I wouldn't use them in the gym simply because the ear hooks merely guide the cable around the ear. There is no memory wire inside that would secure the cable around the ear.

As for sound: I think they sound great. They remind me a bit of the Creative Aurvana Live! Quite bassy but with good clarity and airiness in the midrange. In my opinion they are a steal at $35, provided you get the right fit.

Thats what I've read as well.  I've used my KSC75's for the gym.  I think those work a little better for my use.

I tend not to be sound oriented at the gym.  More ROCK/Hardcore stuff, and focused on...well 200lbs instead of sound.

@skeeder Thanks! Noob here who has been searching for "the pair." Went with these as I was looking at much more expensive models but figure this is a better place to start. I got addicted when I first heard my brother's HD598 and am excited to hear the differences between those and these.

I was checking into the Elec Expo website when looking around at the denon's and they're out of stock so the deal is gone until they get some more. (not the guy you replied to btw)
