1-) HD800 & HP1000-P2 > virtual tie

2-) HD600 (sometimes just as good as the first two)

3-) K702/ Made in Austria (this headphone has an unjustified bad reputation IMHO)

I see you chose the original TH900 over the MK2 version, do they sound significantly different?

The FOSTEX TH900MKII weighs a bit more with a balanced cable and the new connectors. I find this none necessary at all.
And without changing anything very relevant on the sound department - balanced or not.
We are not with a HiFiMan HE1000/HE1000V2 example.

I'm quite agree with the previous statement : the HD800 remains one of the best performance/price ratio [even now].
Just complaining a bit about earpads/headband prices for replacement & cheap factory paint (chipping through time).

Revised list due to purchase of Chord Mojo (little black magic box), sale of a couple of headphones and latest replacement pair of Focals holding up well.

1. Focal Spirit Classic, by a country mile especially with Mojo; want for nothing better. Perfect sound for me.

2. Sennheiser HD25 (again via Mojo transformation)

3. Beyerdynamic DT990pro. Sound better from other sources. Comfy and open

4. Musical Fidelity MF100 (best of bunch direct from phone)

=5. Jays V Jays & Sony MDR10RC (different but equal)

7. Sony SBH60 great cheapo Bluetooths

8. B&O Form 2. Last but still nice. A design classic
