The sad part is that I can ID them all apart for or two but with a bit of googling I could more than likely spit the whole list.

Nah, doesn't suck at all.
Just really uncomfortable
It's probably the 4th or 5th best sounding headphone there.

I mean not all T20's came with that dual headband and none of the T50RP MK2 or MK3 did, so I'm surprised that some of them did.....my T20 didn't have it for that matter.
 
So it doesn't improve comfort whatsoever? That's pretty much the same as the leather belt kludge from MrSpeakers as far as I can see: http://www.head-fi.org/g/i/1315643/a/958544/fostex-t20-headphones/

It's just a bit of crappy foam ... I'm pretty sure a lot of them would have simply perished, got damaged or lost by now.
The earpads are so thin that the headband sticks into the sides of my head where it starts rather than sitting on top like it should - this is just horrible.

I see you have some Sawafuji/Elega headphones here . Id love to know what drivers are inside these if you have had a look? Im guessing SFI and AKAI ASE-40 drivers there.

Please do give some impressions. A great collection there. Im impressed, did you find them in Japan?

Almost all found in Germany and some UK (excluding the T10).
 
So, allow me to present to you, the Boots H3000
(Sawafuji SF-7ST clone)
 
A fairly pleasant sound for an SFI. Quite 'polite' sounding, mostly mid-rangy.

About time some unknowns showed up again. I have a hunch there is one more to be posted soon

Another Sawafuji clone but this one is a bit different in that the vents are slots rather than circles. Probably very slightly different venting area due to that, but likely close.
 

Ooh nice one. I always love unveilings. Great finds guys! Seems SFI is the ortho that loved UK.
