When I saw that 4 bass drivers in the JH16 gave unmatched bass quality...I was wondering if you can do something like 4 CI22955, 4 ED29689 and 4 FK  in one shell with a 3 way design to have ultimate details in all categories xD

Man i want to read that review xD! Lol but that sounds expensive

Haha its just my dream...I don't even think you can fit 4x CI drivers into the shell...
BTW, adding more of the same drivers just makes it louder and more resolving right?

Depends on the tuning I guess, two same drivers can be tuned for highs and lows respectively for example.

Since diffuse field if by far the most superior form of driver tuning (don't debate this, that would be like arguing that 2+1=3 or something), the obvious match made in heaven would be a giant acrylic shell w/ a 56mm Sennheiser ring driver w/ three ER4 drivers for the low treble, mid treble and treble treble with a passive active 5 way crossover in the monitors so you could run it with the amp of your choice.  Then maybe an actuator to slam a 2x4 into your nutz for good low end impact.

Loving the concept but trying to get and image in my brain ahah! Would they still go into your ears as a custom fit and then go out and sit over you ears? Hmmmm ahah!
