+1 ... With that said, with the exception of the bass handling, the differences between the 7506 and the M50 would have been not very noticeable anyway. So it would depend on what he was listening too, and what his priorities were - on top of his apparent lack of discrimination.

Last week downtown I saw a Portapro and an RP-HTX7, both on girls. Also saw what I assume to be a D1100 (looked like a CAL, had DENON printed on the cup).

Last night I saw a girl wearing red Sol Republic Tracks. I've probably seen six of these in total, in three different colors. I haven't had many sightings lately, so to me that's a lot.

And a dude with pink earbuds (Gumys maybe). He was with his girlfriend, so maybe they were hers. Or he really wanted to have pink earbuds.

Actually, this now makes me half expect to run into some girl with white HDJ500's. It kinda says they do have something of a user base

Denon D2000 in my local supermarket, right before it closed. Week before, a girl with what thought were grado sr60 in that same place.

Beats Solo today for sightings. Someone sampled my TF10's after sampling someone else's beats tours (the ones I see everyday), Listener: "I clean my ears everyday, it's priority", Me: "Oh well try these!" eyes got wide, nods were had. "That's the best I've ever heard this song!" 

 Boring sightings but the demo made up for it.

Maybe there's hope for the students at the university where I teach.  I haven't been seeing the usual Beats.  I've been seeing a lot of white Sonys, which are obviously made to look like the Beats.  I think they are the MDR-ZX100.  No idea about they're quality, but they're not Beats.
