No flickers, no.

I get no flickers. I would get a return if I were you since that is not normal.

The J3 paired with any earphone is a nice low profile setup. I use it with my Livewires and it definitely is a much lighter setup than paired with my HM601. Along with not having to worry about battery, customization in both EQ and UCI this is a very enjoyable product and worth the $200+ I spent on it even though the price went down a bit shortly after I bought it.

I'm keeping mine and will probably pair it exclusively with my customs and then eventually I'll get a ringke case. I like the plastic clear case I have but it's difficult to remove and clean when lint and dust get inside. It's $15 shipped so it's not too expensive unlike some of the leather cases I've seen for the J3.

^ What he said, also to Soul make sure you don't have any lift at the bottom of the screen. If so return it RMA it, and if you current problem persist RMA it.

Does anyone have a Cowon J3 16GB in black? I was wondering if someone had a receipt so I could go get mine RMA'd.

Bought it off Craigslist, and the seller sold me one with screen bleeding issues. Didn't notice it with the Zune-like bar theme. And seller stopped all contact with me.

Thanks!

Stupid Ebay sorry this has happened to you. I personally do not have my receipt I'm guessing it didn't come with the original box???

Came with the player and charging cable.

I was in a rush to catch the bus to school, and forgot to ask about the original box.

First time I ever met a seller that actually made me somewhat cynical.

You can probably still get it fixed fairly cheaply, even though it wouldn't be covered under warranty.

Haha. I know what he looks like. I have his IP, and his email accounts. Sadly, he just ported his number over to another provider, which sucks because my friend was just going to do a reverse look up for his address.

really tempted to get a 32 GB J3 now, the price is as low as 2256 SEK, slightly above 330$, that's probably as cheap as it gets here.

32GB + a 32GB SDHC, and you're set...I'm in the long process of ripping all my music (again...as 128 mp3's, it was a little over 60 GB) in FLAC, and it's great having tons and tons of lossless music, podcasts, tv shows, and movies.  I'm having a hard time filling it all, actually.  And with the versatility you get to shape the sound with JetEffect 3.0 and the other outstanding features, it's a no-brainer.

Hey guys just a quick questioon. What headphones/earphones are you using with your j3? Im using ed8 with it and, i find myself just enjoying music :D but i think my westone 3 and panasonc iems perform better in some aspects like bass impact.

Using my J3 with RE262 iems and Headstage Arrow amp. Kicks the arse of my ears every time I press play.
