This? If possible I am looking for something a bit smaller that one seems to be a bit too thick for me

If you want thin insted of small, try TTVJ slim

Actually, the Glacier is the newer version that TTVJ sells. I haven't checked the compatibility with GN2 though.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the headstage lyrix pro usb total works perfectly with note 2. couldn't be happier.

http://www.headphonia.com/Amps/Headstage-Lyrix-Pro-USB-total::10071.html

Got a leather case with belt-loop and I'm good to go. huge phone, bulky amp with humongous DT770 premiums, hope I don't get too many weird looks:)

Yep, annoying, so far the only short length host cable we've found that has two males ends terminates in micro USB at the non-host end (so useful for the Glacier and Leckerton models, but most use mini USB). I think it is Lindy.co.uk who do make one that should work, but they only do it in a half metre length (I confirmed that with them via email). I'm in contact with a cable maker here trying to see if they can provide us all with the cabling we need :)

I think at this stage nobody has actually confirmed the Hakshop cable definitely works with the USB DACs that take a micro USB input, I have the cable, but won't get my Leckterton until next week to confirm it is working. My RSA Intruder and HeadAmp Pico both take mini USB cables.

Solution: Male Mini USB To Female Micro USB Adapter
http://www.cellphoneshop.net/mamiusbtofem.html

Or if you want a short cable version:
Motorola micro USB Female to mini USB Male Adapter Converter
http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-micro-Female-Adapter-Converter/dp/B004BBJNHK

Using a Male Mini USB To Female Micro USB Adapter with a short mini USB cable is likely the best option for most users.

I'm well aware of those, I do not consider them as good a solution as a single cable.

Bold: new addition to the list

So far, like the quad-core Exynos powered Galaxy S III, the new quad-core Exynos powered Samsung Galaxy Note II can work with the FiiO E7, the iBasso D12, Leckerton UHA-6S MKII, the ODAC and the VentureCraft Go-Dap X; has some issue with the HeadAmp Pico; and doesn’t work with the FiiO E17.

So, in regard to standard USB audio, the behaviour of the Galaxy Note II is likely identical to the behaviour of the Galaxy SIII.

Currently, USB audio does not work using the FiiO E17 with the Meizu MX 4-core.

Meizu MX >> micro USB OTG male to USB female >> USB male to mini USB male >> FiiO E17:

Two quick notes.

First, despite being a USB OTG device, the Meizu MX apparently cannot power a USB device on its own (including USB flash drives): USB peripherals must be plugged into a powered USB hub. The phone does not recognize a USB keyboard into the OTG adapter. I'll have to buy a powered USB hub to test more.

Second, I do not yet have the cables needed for SPDIF connection to a DAC. Gotta wait a paycheck or two before that happens.

I am also looking for a one cable solution, does this one look right? (my DAC takes mini-USB)

I went by an AT&T store today to try out SIII and Galaxy Note 2 with my RSA Predator and CEntrance Dacport.... the Predator worked on both right away, the Dacport did not work on either one

Just wanted to report that I tested my Audio GD Sparrow Version A also based on Tenor 7022 and it is a no go on my i9300 running Samsung's latest stock Jelly Bean with Siyah Kernel.

http://www.audio-gd.com/Pro/Headphoneamp/Sparrow/SparrowEN.htm

I suppose I am out of luck for the time being? Pretty dissapointed,  I was really looking forward to testing the Sparrow + HD650 and the i9300. :frowning2:
