I'm currently using my D7000's at work and they are not working out too well. First of all, I'm always scared to scratch the wood and then the FiiO E7 doesn't really make them sound so well. 
 
My company just started to offer $100 grant to get any headphone so I need your expert advice. I have 2 days to make my decision. I'm looking for something that will work well with E7 and even if it doesn't need amping it's ok too. It would be good if it can isolate, but super isolation is not a must.  I listen mostly to Hip Hop so bass is a must. It's OK if you find something slightly offer $100.

Hrm. Based on what you're after, I would initially go for a Beyer DT770 or Brainwavz HM5. But they're a touch more than $100, but less than $200. Maybe a Sony 7506, Sennheiser PRO 280, or some Koss Pro4AAT titanium pro's.

Just about to post when Malveaux posted, but yeah if you could add in $50, the DT770 80ohm version is great way to go. Super comfortable with velour pads like pillows and very excellent bass. Goes wonderfully with a portable amp.

Ultrasone Hi-Fis are another choice as there are a few within the $150s. I have not tried them myself but stay away if you dislike sibilance.

Finally, you could look into the ATH-M50s which has some bass emphasis, though probably not on par with the D770s or Ultrasone, but with the added plus of some balance.

I'd be wary of Sennheiser; I don't trust them for basshead cans.

I was thinking about adding about $80 out of pocket and getting something nicer, but I just found out these headphones will not be mine to keep so I'm gonna try to find something for exactly $100 or lower.

Also get the Beyerdynamic EDT 200/250 V Velour ear pads ($23)

I did it for comfort, put the (slightly used) Velour pads on an hour after receiving the V6s
 
I would guess the Velour ear pads would absorb stray audio, where as the standard pads (fake leather) would reflect more.
(but this is just a far flung idea I have not based on any testing or know facts).
But again, my only reason was for comfort.

Fiio E7 (or E10) would do a good job, audio quality wise, with the MDR-7506.

What do you think about them? The only thing that may prevent me from getting them is the lack of bass. Other than that I've heard good things, but not sure about the isolation.

I know its not under $100, but M-audio q40's are $119 on b&h $127 at Best Buy right now.  Make excellent hip hop headphones.

I enjoy a touch of bass on my music and did not find the ES7 excessively lacking on songs I listened to. Enjoyed music out of these, comfort is fair, and isolation is about the level you want to have at work. It blocks most sound out but you won't be completely oblivious to when the phone rings. My biggest concerns with the headphones are all related to the build. The cups scratch easily and fingerprints are just something you have to get used to if you let anyone touch them. Cable is thin and requires care. At ~4 ft, not the most suited length to stationery work. 
 
I personally think the ES7 shine most as a portable headphone, but would not mind picking a pair of these up for office use if it was covered for.
