Does anyone know of a good source for info on stereo mini-plug/jack dimensions and tolerances? I know that 3.5mm and 1/8" is not an exact match, but how much tolerance is there in a typical fabrication? Is there any international standard that these are typically designed to?

Want to use with iQube and full-size cans, so want high SQ. Considered iMod, but want to know what other options are out there for use with a good portable amp. Would like to obtain for around $500 or less, if possible. What do you guys recommend?
