How do the UE 700's compare to these two models for the price?

Just get some of the new UE 700's for only $230 and be done with it. They sound great. Probably better then many IEM's costing much more.

I love these things. Granted I've only owned Sony EX500's and Shure SE310's IEM's to compare them to but these sound way better then both of them.

Another good thing about the 700's is that you can easily sleep with them on. I do it every night. I couldn't do it, well comfortably anyway, with any of the other IEM's I've tried before. These are really small.

And your reason for not considering the UE 700's is???

UE 700's

I listen to nothing but metal and 80's hardcore with my UE700's. They sound great to me, though I'm far from an expert at this comparing stuff. I can say they sound MUCH better then my Sony EX500's though.

I can't stand earbuds. Of course I've never been able to get any to stay in long enough to hear what they sound like.

I've got the new UE700's and they sound very good to my ears. They were a little more then $200 though.

I noticed that my UE700's started having no bass after listening to them for a few weeks. I thought maybe something was wrong with them as my Comply tips still looked o.k. other then being a little dirty. Well I decided to take them off and put on some silicone one's that also came with my UE's...
