Luckily for Matt, no ground loop or hum for either of his Tube amp :) i have had issues with group loop when using La Figaro but with Eric's amp never had the issue... :)

Yeah, thought Odyssey was a little better when it comes to classical music for my ears... For Vocal music with Ultimate, the vocal seems to be close to you, yet this amp is not a mid-forward amp like some... Odyssey, for my ears, was a little more refined in its sound.. but then again it is...

what a day it has been at @UntilThen 's home trying all his amplifiers This new UltiMATT not only looks so much better in real life, but it also sounded amazing for all of the headphones we tried, Susvar, LCD5, HE6, HD800 and Grados... This is 3rd Ultimate amp i tried and each time it...

i have had issues with hum/hiss with the amp but it was due to stacking the amp. Initially had AMP under DAC, D70s, and that create so much hum but then I changed it to sit on top of the DAC, no more hum from the device.... looks like the device can a little susceptible to noise... so try...

it was strange and had to listen to amps multiple times to confirm but both had the same tonality. However, as for the soundstage, the bigger chassis seemed to have a little more open presentation... Not sure if the bigger chassis made a difference but they indeed have a difference in its...

Also got into analog from digital and loving every bit of it... except my wallet .......

yap this 350b tube was magic for my ears... clear and non fatiguing treble :) perfect for my taste now need to find a good Chinese tube.. can't afford Western Electric one... :(

Haven't tried mine with Arya but have tried with HE1KSE but didn't hear any hiss/hum using whichever mode I used. This is with XLR output.. never tried 1/4" output.. may be let it warm up a bit?

Didn't think that would be the case but you guys are spot on.. at least for my ears. When I was driving Susvara using Phonitor X & SET KT77 tube amp, Susvara was OK but I still preferred my old HD800 and HD800S over it but the table has turned since acquiring Enleum AMP23R HD800/S benefitted...

Yap same here... have been playing with a few RPi based streaming OS and found Moode to sound slightly better than Roon but it is the UI and feature that no other streaming OS can do better than Roon.. Library management is far better than any other streaming OS IMHO :) I only have about 30K...

For Muscian or Denafrips, I avoid them... sound quality is one thing but the fact that you cannot connect both RCA & XRL at same time, makes it very limiting... if you will only use one output or dont mind changing output manually, Draco or Denafrips Ares might be a good choice...

Yeah one of the best amp in terms of detail retrieval and sound stage .. wish it had more power though...

Wouldn't know what the actual conductor diameter is.. would guess about half the cable diameter? 0.9mm

Not sure what exactly is asked... :( but it is each cable has 1.8mm thick and 4 cables were used..
