Review - Triple.fi10 Custom Silver upgrade cable by user Chris_himself
I just got mien today and they are pretty awesome. I do have one question though with the TF10s, maybe someone can help me out. Which way do the pins go? I assume the dots go towards the side without the UE but I am not 100% sure and the soundstage sounds little weird, One might be OOF. Anyone? -
Grado PS500s (new Grado's)
Quote: Go with the 325's. Running these straight off a mobile player really kills the imaging and bass. Then again I have the PS audio between the PC and amp.- Fantasysage

Grado PS500s (new Grado's)
Well for what it's worth I am going to listen to these for another week, burn them in, and pick 5 or so tracks to AB with the 325is. I will tell you for a definite fact that they are in no way shape or form as harsh. I was listening to some Billy Joel - Just the way you are, and one thing...- Fantasysage

Grado HP2 - leather cover headband problem
Semi-threadjack: I am looking into a J$ headband for my PS500's. I am worried about removing the headband will permanently damage the l/r block. Or is it just held in with a clip?- Fantasysage

Grado PS500s (new Grado's)
Quote: It seems so far that bass can get a little boomy and lacks the attack that you see in the 325's However I can differentiate between the details int he bass better so I guess it is a bit of a give and take. Listening to some King Crimson now. On I talk to the wind the...- Fantasysage

Grado PS500s (new Grado's)
On my head now. The bass is definitely more separated, and it images better as a whole. Listening to an amazing Rip of Sinatra at the Sands and it is pretty awesome. Now a little Eric clapton unplugged. It is like the harshness of the 325is melted away at the upper and and now...- Fantasysage

~$700-800 DAC... VDA•2/VAC•1 or something else?
I like new. I used to buy used all the time and I got sick of having problem after problem and not knowing what I got. Anyway, to the DAC. This is the only high end DAC I have ever heard but Ill be damned if it doesn't make everything sound SO much better then my x-fi. Dramatically improved...- Fantasysage
