Before I say anything here is my current list of gear:
Sources:
Xfi PCIe optical out to PS Audio DLIII (95%) of my listening
Rega 3 TT
Amp:
LD 1+ with 408a tubes
Phones:
Grado 325is
I love my grado's but I was thinking an upgrade would be best seen there. These were my first 'high end' headphones and I think maybe a different style in the ~500 range would be a good choice. Otherwise I think an upgrade to a fully tube amp in the ~700 range would be a good idea. My DAC is fine and that doesn't need touching.
So, what does HeadFI think?
