I don't use my ANC7 much these days, preferring IEMs instead. But I did like it better sonically than the QC2 and QC3 I sampled. Isolation-wise, I think the Bose sets might've done a slightly better job, but I simply couldn't tolerate their SQ.

Technically I'm still a ER-4s owner, though in truth I've long since moved on.

Medium set? I only got two sizes in two styles (conical silicone and double flanged silicone); I couldn't get a decent fit with any of the OE tips supplied for the Custom 2 I just picked up ($70 from Amazon.com). I ended up using a set of silicone triple flanges that came with my old Ety ER-4s...
