Monster Turbine Pro Copper version difference
I originally had the ones from the left, also bought from the visions deal. Thats really strange that they would still have iems from the first batch 2-3 years later in warehouses/stores.- yd2zhang

Monster Turbine Pro Copper version difference
bump, can anyone confirm this? I just got mine back from RMA and they look like the ones on the right. The strain relief looks more sturdy than the ones on the left IMO- yd2zhang

First set of legit cans.
the RE0's surpass my sennheiser HD-25's in clarity, so you might have to dish out some cash in order to find a set thats clearer than those detail monsters.- yd2zhang

Opinions for person that just likes to listen to music...
I'm mostly likely going to sell my MTPC for the TF10's after they come back from RMA. Nothing wrong with the sound, but the quality is terrible. I really enjoyed the TF10's when I tried them, but never actually a/b'd them with the MTPC. If they sound anything like my HD25's then they're a keeper.- yd2zhang

Around Ear Headphones!
good luck finding headphones for 0$ On a more serious note, the SONY MDR-XB500's are great for techno. The m50's are more of an all-rounder, and the sennheisers need an amp and are open, so not good for outdoor use.- yd2zhang

Symphones Magnum upgrade for Grado SR325 and Alessandro MS2
Considering the upgrade for my SR325i's, should I go for the magnum light upgrade, or buy an SR-60 and install the drivers myself, or perhaps even buying an already upgraded magnum. Is it worth the extra 220$? and how do they compare with the RS-1?- yd2zhang

Beats Studio or Bose QC15 ?
Go for the studios, they are definately the bassier of the two. I dont think they're that stylish, but beauty comes from? the eye of the beholder- yd2zhang

Do you use full size headphones on your commute or in public?
Usually take the IEM's, but since they're in for RMA, I've been taking the HD-25's with a PA2v2 amp to boot. I work in downtown Toronto so not too worried about getting robbed. Have never been robbed before, but have found a pair of beats tours left in a locker room.- yd2zhang

+1 for the 325's (sound wise), although they are the most uncomfortable things I have ever worn on my head (stock pads).- yd2zhang

My first set of "good" headphones, player... and portable amp?
I'm pretty sure the HD-25's are 70ohm not 35, but still drivable out of a nano.- yd2zhang

Best headphones for rock and rap?
Probably not if you're using them in a stationary setting (like at home), but the sennheisers definately benefit from the added portability if you choose to take them around with you.- yd2zhang

Best headphones for rock and rap?
the problem is that hip hop and rock are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Its hard to find a headphone that does both, but imo safe bet would be the 840's. They are the most neutral of the 3 that you picked, so they might not perform as well when it comes to a specific genre, but the overall...- yd2zhang

Best headphones for rock and rap?
Found the TMA1's too dark to listen to rock, and grados to be too bass-light to listen to rap. The MTPC is a solid middle ground between those 2, and someone on the FS forums is selling for 140 :)- yd2zhang

Where to buy the Sennheiser HD 25-1's **in Canada**???
futureshop has them sometimes on sale for 200, they're the adidas version (which is $100 more than the regular black version). If you know a person working there, you can get them for 200 flat with employee discount.- yd2zhang
