The burnin files I created have a built in rest for 10 minutes every hour so ensure they don't over stress the driver. Personally I am very cautious of frequency sweeps as they can have issues if the volume is to loud plus I just hate listening to them run. If using normal music I just let hem play as I use a wide mix of genres which help never over stress any one area.

Yeah, I think running sine waves too loud for too long can damage drivers far easier than any other sort of signal.

You know, I loved the shures but I could always feel myself longing for just a little more. I managed to quench that hunger for a while by eq'ing the heck out of them. But when I saw you, ericp10, and angrybacongod jump on the GR07 train, I had to get on too. I think this is one of the best $165 purchases I've ever made, next to the solid state disk I put in my laptop.

So where do you buy these things? I see them on lendmeurears' ebay for $189.99. Anywhere else?

It is $180 with free shipping from lendmeurears' ebay, I believe. The other prices I saw on eBay are more or less the same.

The China local price will be lower than the international price, AFAIK.

ClieOS, quick question, slightly off-topic, are the bi-flanges that come with the R02 Pro II the same as the one that come with the GR07?

I find the fit from them to be the best and I wanted another pair for my EX600's but I doubt I'll find them separate from buying another pair of IEM's...?

They are not the same. R02 Pro II has a typical wide nozzle and GR07 has a smaller nozzle, so eartips for R02 Pro II will be too wide for GR07. If you want similar bi-flanges (R02 Pro II), you can get the MEElec bi-flanges instead. They should be fairly close.

Right Ok, I have the GR07's and am using the medium olive type tips with them in variation with the MS Sony Hybrid tips, but I'm using the bi-flanges from the GR07's with the RE-262's - Not buying another pair of GR07's just for the tips...ha

The bi-flange on GR07 is different from that of R02 Pro II. It has a thicker inner tube so it will fit smaller nozzle even though it has the outer size similar to the R02 /  MEElec bi-flange.
