So...no-one on this thread knows what

I'll have to ask around.

Sounds like an RMA job. Driver death?

Are they still in warranty?

Good to hear it is now working - it may well have got moisture in it. I remember a similar thing happening to one of my IEMs (don't recall which one) a long time ago. Somehow I'd managed to get a bit of water on the housing, must've got down the nozzle & just muffled, reduced the sound output. Next day, bingo.

hi, I am about to buy UE triple fi or westone 3, and triple fi seems having gigantic size. am I wrong? (I dont have big ears.)
I looked the images in earphonesolutions, but just could only see triple fi in the ears. can you compare these two iems according to their sizes? thanks

rebetico, I should have W3 in a couple of days. I'll post how they measure up sizewise...and, yes, Triple Fi have quite a large housing but don't let that put you off. The 'bulb' in the housing does not go into your ear, lol! And you can wear them two ways: stock or flipped. But we can cover that once a size comparison is done...what do you need? Length, width, bore size? The bore size (of the sound tube, for want of a more correct term) is pretty large on Triple Fi but with the smallest tips, fine. If of course you're one of the many lucky ones who don't have an issue with fit...

I also have small ears and don't have a problem with the TF10.

I've owned TF10 for a while, and now had a problem about its cable. The connector (near the phones) are quite loosed like when I put them on and walk, the cable is detached from the phone quite often.

How I can fix it? aftermarket cable? or I need to send them to UE to fix it?
