I use a program called Mp3Tag on my windows machine. I'm pretty sure they have a mac verion. Watch a yt video on the software, it works really well for tagging your albums with correct artwork. Once you drag/paste your album/song inside mp3tag window then drag your artwork into the lower left winow and save the file..it tags all those tracks with the artwork. Simple to use, hard to explain.

i found that alot of my tags didnt show up properly on hidizs ap80 (hiby OS) when using mp3tag. i switched to tagscanner instead

https://www.xdlab.ru/en/

you can even copy all your files into tagscanner, highlight them all, and hit save, and it will repair the tags and allow them to work on the hiby OS

I'm a little confused about this update. When I delete the update from my R3 it's 0 bytes. There's a gig free on the card

I just picked one of these up. So far I'm delighted with the feature set and the sound. I do have a question, tho, regarding the Qobuz implementation.

As it seems to be right now, it will always stream the highest quality format available for any given track. Which, in a perfect world, is exactly what I'd want. In the real world, however, there are times when I'd like to be able to limit playback to 16/44 "CD quality", or even 320K MP3. I live in the boonies, with a mobile hotpot as my only internet. Usually it works pretty well, but sometimes my internet just can't keep up with Hi-Res files. Or I just want to limit data consumption when I'm not listening critically. Qobuz's native apps (Android and Web) allow the user to limit maximum quality. If such a feature exists in the HiBy R3 Pro Qobuz implementation, I can't seem to find it. If not (yet), might it be possible to add in a future update, @Joe Bloggs ?

I am trying to connect my R3 to my car stereo system. It has a USB input and also a USB-C input. Where do I go in the R3 to change the USB-C charging input to a line out? Once I have done that, what is being output from my R3, music or digital files. Love my R3, but think I also need the new Pro. The price is right.

My guess is you need to connect to the USB-C input on your car, either via a type-C to type-C cable, or a type-C OTG cable plus a regular type-C cable (with a type-A plug connecting to the OTG output)

Am I the only person having this problem???
There was one gig free on the card... out of how many gigs?

Could you maybe free up some more space on your card and try again?
