Nope, @audio123 got the Amperior right (my only Superlux is the HD681 - I really should by the F and B for the collection, but I ran out of space for full-sized headphones and haven't even started my project of building a better and bigger storage space for them).

If the raw plot of the HUM Pristine is correct, it should sound relatively balanced though being more on the gentle and smooth side when the diffuse-field compensation target is applied to the graph.

It is a pretty decent phone, no regrets getting mine. There's also a guy doing mods for them now: http://www.head-fi.org/t/803137/soundmagic-hp-100-tru-fi-speakers-mod-from-packdemon-sensational-refinement. It says hp100, but he also does the mods on 150s

Did you get one? I've been listening to M5 on and off and love it. Shanling M2 sounded great. M5 sounds so much better.
